    Orders are processed upon successful payment via Stripe. Payments are charged at checkout.
     

  5. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping is available only within Australia.

  • Delivery typically takes 3-6 business days; however, delays may occur and are outside our control.

  • Orders of $140 or more qualify for free shipping.
     

  1. Returns and Refunds
    We only accept returns for defective items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@luvyatoomuch.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • If the defect is confirmed to be our fault, we will cover return shipping costs and issue a replacement or refund.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition for a return to be processed.

  • Once we confirm your return, you will need to send your item(s) to our St Kilda office: Office 3024, Ground Floor 470 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, VIC, 3004
     

  1. Limitation of Liability
    We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or our products, beyond what is required under Australian Consumer Law.
